Each item is carefully handmade and personalized with your photos, so we want you to love the final result.

Can I return the photo magnets?

As each magnet is custom-made and personalized, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damage or production errors.
Please double-check your uploaded images and information before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with a visible defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:

• your order number,
• photos showing the issue,
• and a short description of the problem.

We will review your request and, if the damage or error is confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. 

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the items.
