1. Orders and Personalization
- All photomagnet designs are created based on the images and text you provide.
- Please ensure that the photos you upload are clear, high quality, and that you have the right to use them.
- Once you approve a proof or place an order, changes can be made up to 2 hours after placing an order.
2. Image Rights
By submitting photos, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.
We are not responsible for any copyright or ownership issues that arise from customer-submitted images.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full before production begins.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Production and Delivery
Typical production time is 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because each photomagnet is personalized, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged products.
To report an issue, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
7. Privacy
Personal information and photos provided are used only for order fulfillment and customer service.
We do not share your images or information with third parties without your consent.
